Don't think time was the issue. There were ample people bussing tables and pouring water. I asked for a Vodka gimlet she came back and asked if I wanted gin it it. I said no I want a Vodka gimlet. I added pasta to my dish. Got 10 shot pieces of linguine.
...and not just Oyster Loft. Other restaurants in the area have similar issues. I try to dine outside of peak hours.
