You stay IN your car at A &T- no one gets in. Complete wash/wax/towel dry. Nice guys, many been there for years. Great job everytime!!
I would talk to the owner. I have never had anything like this happen to me and I have gone there for years!
I have been getting my cars washed at A&T for 20 years. I probably got the full inside amd out treatment 4 times per year. Thats around 80 trips. And i can say for a FACT i have never had anything taken out of one of my cars.
