What is the best way for someone to turn in a resume for a supervisor position? Would they still go through temp service as I know some companies handle those directly and not through their temp agency(s).

Thanks...I think I will go by the plant and turn in resume. I try to treat people like people and not numbers. It would surprise you how much quality and production improves when you do.

Not sure, try both of them. The place needs a good supervisor/ leader, and not just a typical one. That place would be an amazing company to work for, if only they would get their heads from out of the clouds.
