U have to be 56 inches to be able to drive, they go by height because seats dont move! Lots of fun though! We just got back from there an my kids barely passed the height requirement but they did! Had a Blast, the whole family! Great experience!
Thiey go by height not age I guess to make sure that you're tall enough to be able to reach the gas and the brake pedals.
56 inches to drive or have driver license. Any height on riders is fine.
