Sent a 2nd day air package from Pigeon Forge, TN to Cheboygan, MI that took 3 weeks! Two 80+ ladies had to drive from MI to TN and back to get the documents replaced. The pkg cost $50 to mail and when I complained I wanted at least a partial refund I was told that since Covid they no longer guarantee 2nd day!! I wasn’t informed of this at time of shipping because why in the world would I pay $50 for two day shipping when they weren’t promising it’d get there? It cost these ladies gas, motel and food money all because nobody does their job anymore and still uses Covid as an excuse! Totally dissatisfied!

The lady that helped me and my daughter was super nice. We went in on Sunday. Thanks to Amazon and their mess up but she was quick to help out since I'd never had to do that before. Whoever hired her made a great decision!!!

$22.75 for a cardboard box $3.75 to print a shipping label and charges over double what you can ship something from your own account. This place is the definition of price gouging

Call UPS 800 line to schedule a pickup. Wait a day or so and they will get it. You can leave it by the front door, if safe. OR, take it to UPS STORE. They ship daily, usually at 5pm.
