You should have a pass code for the gate. I usually pay on phone or in office. They are open on Saturday also.
I've emptied my unit as of July. I always paid mine online at metrostorage. The problem I experienced was some of my mom's items were damaged from getting wet. They claimed the unit was dry. Now the insurance plan my mom chose is stating it doesn't cover the damage. I'm infuriated because we always paid on time for both the unit and insurance and now it seems ill have to absorb the lost of my deceased mom's items. Be sure your unit is dry and make sure the insurance plan you pick covers such lost. I'm looking into the plan my mom chose and hopefully I can dispute any denial of claim... Try to pay online, I never had an issue paying this way. I hope this helps settle your issue.
You can pay your bill online or call and talk to staff and make other arrangements. If you pay online make a note of your receipt # so you can have proof of payments.
