Are there elevators?

The are villas some are handicapped access but there is an elevator in the recent center the villas are town homes

The rec center yes. The houses no. But some have ramps

There is an elevator at the Recreation Center where you check in. But there are NO elevators at any villas. These are not apartment building style units. These are townhouse style villas.

Ours had 4 steps and a first and second floor.

There were no elevators for the Crestview double bedroom we were in. One of our party had mobility issues so I requested a first floor unit which we received. There were 4 steps up to the door.
