They just started to fix one of my community roads and it was completed half way

Hey, I wanted to know in what position your in at the main office so that I can give you further details about where these dirt bikes reside, snitching you say we have these rules that have been on paper for some years that say dirtbikes and Atv's aren't allowed on these road unless they have the proper documentation. Do you register any of your vehicles or live here, because If you register your vehicle with the office you are agreeing to the terms when you came here. If this question doesn't apply to you respectfully keep it moving. This question is directed to Mangment and if this offends or touches you in some way that's truly unfortunate. For the record my child was in danger of being hit by these said dirt bike riders my son was inches away from being hit by a mini dirt bike which was white and red this happened on park and turkey ridge. I was informed to call the police but they can't enforce rules on private roads and the individual would have drove back home on park drive.
