The name says Quick Lane however I have stopped in 4x at different times of day each time Im told over 2 hour wait for a Oil Change. No time of day seems to be accommodating to get service work done. Can you make an appointment for a oil change?

All my oil changes are done here, My longest wait was 40 minutes.

Call & ask. I use the "Quick Lane" at Bill Brown Ford and they do not do appointments. Most Quick Lanes are first-com-first-served, and if, like Bill Brown Ford's Quick Lane, they open at 7 AM, people start lining up before 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday). If they open at 8 AM on Saturday, people start lining up at 7 AM..on a Saturday. I'm always one of them. And even being one of the first lined up, on a Saturday, it still takes an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and 23 point inspection. And it's ALWAYS a 2 hour wait during the week.
