You will need approval.
You can take photos there, but anything professional (like emgagement photos) has to be approved by their office.
It is not just open to the public you must arrange a permit for photography.
I believe so, I think it just has to be scheduled with the office. I had the pleasure of talking to the woman that ran/oversees the property, she was very nice. Just give her a call.
