Who owns this place? They must be rich as heck and have a great sense of humor to foist this practical joke off on the public. My family has fun betting on how long orders will take and what errors will be made. It’s great fun to see what new surprises they have in store every visit. They had a good manager for about a month, but clearly the public demanded it return to the laughingstock it has become famous for. Let the hilarity ensue!

Worst popeyes I think I have ever visited! The employees are rude as hell. They take forever to get your food to you even with no one in line. The employees pace around if there are no customers. I had to wait 15 minutes for a three piece meal. It's ridiculous. I do not recommend this location. 😐

Worst Popeyes ever! Horrible manger , horrible wait time after standing for 8 minutes I had to ask for somebody to take my order when it was only me and another customer who was waiting to receive his order. There was no cashier there. Not going to even go into how it looks inside long story short this is shocking to see a Popeyes like this especially in the Montclair area next to train station needs to either shutdown or hire a complete new staff and manger .this was 3/31/2022

I visited the Popeye in montclair nj at 9 pm Thursday june 4 and was. Disrespect ed by young lady who said she was the management i am 64 years old and did not deserve such rude treatment
They are so ghetto here, its so sad because they are literally stereotypes personified. Is Raymond the manager or something? If you want to know, read the reviews of this place, they aren't exaggerations from disgruntled customers. The service here is so poor, it's laughable. -They literally don't even acknowledge you, they'll just continue to mop or have personal conversations until the get around to acknowledging you. -The attitude is on another level. -They only really respond to you properly when you "act" a certain way, namely like a hoodrat. -Even though all the food is literally already made and sitting there they will make you wait for an incredible amount of time (after making you wait to even be acknowledged). -Lacking professionalism is the understatement of the century.
