Its all loaded on the card
The money is loaded to a card if I remember correctly.
They're using loaded cards like most these days but tokens, chips and Oz cards are still loose. Tickets are saved to cards as well.
You use money on card. It will then allow to shoot coins out. Very addictive game! I collected all cards. Toto is hardest card to collect!
