Yea & no, Costco the store closes at 8:30 PM, the gas station stays open until 9:00 PM. The store dosent open until 10:00 but the gas station opens at 6:00 AM, so technically yes for a half hour after they close & 4 hours before they open, but not from 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Hope this helps.
