Go to Customer Service they will issue you a temporary card during normal business hours.
Your best bet is to contact and go to the nearest Sam's Club and report your card as lost. They will handle your situation. As a good practice try keeping a log of your cards number, expiration date and phone number in a special place. So, if you misplace your card in the future, you have a quick reference list to go to.
