I had the 7.5 x 10’ storage unit for about 6 months when the price went up by $30 a month. I was notified by postcard. I was also forced to pay for their lock after telling them I already had one, from another PS facility. The lock was placed inside my storage unit and they refused to let me return it. Refused. Also, be careful about them charging you for insurance, if you have renter’s or homeowner’s insurance you’re probably already covered.
