I didn't know until later because it happened to my son but I don't care about an apology. We have the same barber. Thanks for your concern Cathy.
1, why did you pay in the 1st place? 2, ask for a refund and I'd ask for an apology. 3, Anthony is the ONLY one that cuts my son's (3) hair & has for years. He's quick & good, the others take 3x's as long. We get in & out. I'm sorry you had that experience. But don't just take that, voice your concerns. Best to you. CBS
