The Hudson has a large prep kitchen with an industrial sized fridge, and has been updated within the last few months to include an ice machine as well as a sink. Great space for catering prep! There aren’t ovens or warmers, but most venue prep kitchens don’t come included with that.
Nope! Not even a sink if I recall. However I understand they are updating that area soon. Definitely do not plan to do much food prep there.
