Dear Erik, Bodhi here and I hope this finds you well. Our current weight limits are a 60 pound minimum weight limit and a 275 pound maximum weight limit. These weight limits are based more on the braking system and it's manufacturer's recommendation than what the zipline and cables will actually hold. As per ASTM amusement device standards being adopted and applied to ziplines by the state of Tennessee, our insurance company's policies, and professional responsibility from our side to uphold our declared policies, at this point in time, we would not be able to accommodate you on our tour. We do have free drinks at our facility for our zippers and guests waiting on our zippers. I also know that there is a Soaring Eagle zipline attraction on the Pigeon Forge Parkway next to Fantasy Golf that is a dual seater "ziplinish" system that has a two person maximum weight of 550 pounds, which is a good option and a fun ride. Sincerely Bodhi SMZ Guide Director
