You can't double up but if he is willing to try they have great guides. We had a mom and son who was afraid at first and all of us were patient and encouraging to them. By the end he wanted to be first and loved it. Some of the "guide " comments on here are a bit rude. Go and talk to them, let him watch the video and make your decision that way.
For safety, unfortunately, No! If he's not ready yet, don't push him, Educate him w information and different types of zip-lining, show him how it works! Every aspect, the In's and Out's w all involved. This way he will not in any way be unsure of what is taking place and what is next in the lineup...
Dear Melisssa, Bodhi here and I hope this finds you well. Currently we do not offer the option to ride a tandem zipline. In years past on our smaller course we offered tandem riding for children aged 5 to 7 to journey with one of our trained staff, but have never offered an option for two guests to zip together on the same cable. There may be some courses in our area which allow guests to tandem, and as of this spring Wears Valley Ziplines did offer tandem riding with their guides for the younger children. Given the changing regulatory environment of Tennessee and the design of our new course which includes longer and higher lines we have moved away from the practice of tandeming, but we do allow children aged at least 8 years old and weighing at least 60 pounds to partake of our adventure. All of our restrictions and guidelines are available on our website and we have a very helpful phone staff ready and willing to answer any questions at 865-429-9004. Thanks for ur question!
When we went last year, it was just single harness. It was an awesome experience!!!!! The staff was great. Loved the guides. They made us feel comfortable. They were fun & funny. Loved all of it.
