They're donuts! They're all full of fat, sugar, calories, will plug your arteries and make you fat. And "nutritional"? There's nothing nutritional about a donut! Wixey makes great donuts, just like everything if you eat them in moderation you'll be fine. I have maybe one every two months. So there's no reason to fuss over what's in them.

Right thanks for the donut lesson. I'm doing a food challenge and I need to know how many calories I'm eating. So do you have useful information or do you want to just continue being a jackass?
All I can say is to maybe call Wixey and ask the staff there about the calories in their pastries. I think they have plain cake donuts?
