Been going there 8 years, never had a problem or any inconsistencies. Food is always awesome and done perfectly. Why need a discount or free food because of a small error? These things happen. No one is perfect all the time. Once they gave me onions on a cheese steak by mistake and without a problem made me a new one. I didn't need any discount. Was happy they fixed it with no issue.
I have been going there for 47 years. I never had one order mixed, burnt, or incorrect. Only delicious food. I'm sorry you feel like this. Your experience is not the norm.
