Not specifically but there are options without gluten, oats, and hfcs. Soy is probably used in the cooking of at least half the entrees.
Whistle Wok offers your traditional American-Chinese fast food for an awesome price. I am not aware of them having dietary specific meals or options outside of their usual spread.
I know whistle wok offers a couple gluten free options but I'm not sure about the other three.
