How can a place like Armando's pizza be so bad, have such horrible customer service skills get such a good reputation?! They can't even take modified orders correctly.

I don't know because I have been going there for several years. Their food is good and you get a lot of it. They have always been nice to me. Perhaps they have a new employee who hasn't learned everything yet.

This place has the WORST customer service and they have for as long as they've been in business. The female manager/owner/spouse is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. Don't dare complain about anything. She will cut you with her tongue, blame it all on you, overtalk you and then hang up on you without rectifying any errors. She's simply horrible! She has lost us a customers as well as everyone else I can talk to about them. Btw-the food is avergae to terrible. Nothing to write home about and their prices are high.
