Do I have to make an appointment with the probate courthouse to get the license ? Or would I book my wedding and on that day before the time go down and get my license as long as it is before 3:45pm???

What i did was book with simply married first and then a couple weeks before my wedding I got my license. You can walk in to get your marriage license at any time as long as it before 4. Hope this helps :)
