You can just walk in, but, unlike Supercuts, the wait can be very long. Though not always, and usually not in the mornings.
They charge 5 bucks extra for appointments. But it was worth it for us. It basically gets you to the front of the line.
An appointment is recommended if you are in a hurry. Walk ins are welcome you just have to stay on the premises while you wait your turn and the wait can get pretty long. The cuts there are worth the wait or there wouldn't be a line 👍. We have also had those rare magic moments where you can walk in and get worked on immediately.
