We do have the Medicaid Waiver, which allows an eligible resident to live comfortably in assisted living, if they prefer that level of living/care. The process starts by you calling either The Information Center or the Area Agency on Aging. Both are in Wayne, MI. Tell them you are interested in getting Medicaid waiver support at Woodhaven Retirement Community in Livonia.

If they already have Medicaid, the process can be pretty quick, provided the facility has an opening. Unfortunately, we don't. If you need advice, we have some really excellent elder law attorneys that we could refer you to.
Im not sure because I dont handle the process of billing.
