I rarely post bad reviews but I feel it's important this time around. What started out as good Home Hospice Services turned into an unprofessional debacle. They decided to kick my elderly mother with end stage dementia off of hospice care. She had one good day in which she could sit up but ALL other days she is completely incapacitated. They told me their assessment would not be based on only one day, yet that is exactly what they submitted to Medicare. On top of that they were supposed to order her required supplies (ex: briefs) yet cancelled the order without advising us while she was STILL enrolled in the Home Hospice Program. They should be ashamed of the poor level of service offered to an elderly, incapacitated and dying old lady. Disgraceful!

Family & friends of the patients may stay at the facility in the patient's room or in 1 of the 3 family lounges. If you are looking for a hotel instead there are multiple options within a 3 mile radius of the Angela Hospice Care Center.
