It is a very good option, the traffic is steady and the place has a great friendly vibe to it. Much cleaner and well maintained then most places.
It could be however it does not have the variety that the antique mall has in Sterling heights so hopefully if those vendors go over there it would be just as great but it's a good spot there's lots of open spots and there's some pretty good vendors there right now but it doesn't take you long to go through it.
