I don’t live here I’m a co-signer the problem with this property is the management particular person upfront in the office who is rude and obnoxious also the place is full of abandoned vehicles run down buildings low maintenance bad landscaping it’s a hideous place What I don’t like most which prompted this review is a year ago when I cosigned I was told I could come off the lease now they’ve changed their story and are forcing me to cosign again I don’t know if that’s illegal but it’s definitely immoral I’m sure I’m like most people out there I don’t like being lied to . and that’s definitely what goes on here at this property

Rude front office. Very unprofessional. The apartment next to mine had roaches and bed bugs. There was a drug overdose near my apartment. The cars in the lot are always getting broken into. They stole my friends car from out front of my apartment. Don’t rent here.

Bad customer service. Had an appointment to rent and they already rented the apartment .

Still no pool! :( my summer is again ruined bc of it! And the management refuses to repair it or cut down the over grown grass and weeds thats growing around the pool area and they haven’t took it off our rent and also they leave it on their website!!! Thats false advertising! and that makes me super upset! Even the playscape needs replacing and they wont even do that either!!!! bc they say they have no money to work on fixing any of that but yet they have money to do things in aspen creek which also makes me cringe!
