It doesn't matter if you make an appointment. You will sit forever. They may get you in fast when your buying them but to come back for a covered rotation and balance you will wait forever until you just decide to leave. Twice I have sat there for over an hour and still didn't bring my truck in to get rotation done. I have three other trucks I will be taking them somewhere else to buy tires.
