Do you have to pay ahead and pick a seat or can you walk in and pay and pick where u want to sit?

Either or as previously stated. You can buy online, through the app or in person at the ticket counter or through the 3 or 4 kiosk where you can use your debit or credit card

Either. They have kiosks where you can get tickets onsite as well.

You can do either one. If it's opening night for a movie. It could be filled up. Book ahead. I've done that before. Forgot last night lol

Either. You'll have a better chance the earlier you buy though and all seats are assigned when you purchase.
