Yes. 3¢ for a smaller, plastic bag (smaller than a plastic grocery bag), and 5¢ for the larger bag (a little smaller than like a Kohl's large bag). They do sell red canvas bags for $1.00; bring it every time you shop because you'll receive an additional 5% off of everything that fits in the bag upon checkout.
All store recently began a very small (.03 or .05) charge. They do off a reusuable tote for .99. I found that it held four pair of boys pants, four boys shirts and a pretty vase with room to spare.
No charge for bags when checking out. They do have reusable ones for $.99.
