My Dr. And insurance called ahead to clear me for my appt. Also Beaumont called me 2 days ago & cleared my MRI. But now, Dottie at the desk said I need my paper prescription referral. In the future, they need to communicate better. My appt. Was an hour behind also. But the techs were awesome and I am pleased. Just had to practice patience and love. Ughhhh!! God is good.

I have been here twice for MRI and once for x-ray. Check in is a breeze, staff is friendly and informed, parking is easy and close, short walk to waiting room. And results have been same day, sometimes before I’m even home. If you need imaging done w Beaumont. Come here.

Two hours on hold trying to schedule without ever answering. No lie. It’s absurd. Tried to complain via online platform. Wrote a whole dissertation and when trying to send and the application failed. Indicated an error and deleted my message

HAD A SPINAL MRI DONE YESTERDAY AT THIS LOCATION. WAS EASY TO FIND, EASY TO PARK, WAIT WAS SHORT AND ALL STAFF WERE VERY NICE. ROSE AND HER ASSISTANT DID MY MRI AND WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS INCLUDING AN EXTRA BLANKET DURING THE 90 MINUTE TEST AND ALSO EXTRA CARE FOR MY NOT SO GOOD VEINS WHEN PUTTING IN THE IV. RESULTS WERE ON MY PATIENT PORTAL TO SEE LATER THAT SAME DAY. HAVE NOT GONE THROUGH THE BILLING PROCESS YET BUT AS FOR SERVICE, CONVENIENCE AND STAFF, I GIVE THEM 5*....
