You can go directly to the BBB website. Search for the state of the BBB office of where that company is at. Example you are in TX the company is in UT. You file a complaint with the Utah BBB because that's the companies headquarters. It's not based on your location. You may contact your attorney general or ask the BBB in your state for local places to file a complaint.
I need to file a compliant comfort specialists heating and air conditioning. Three years ago they put a new furnace and central air in our home we paid alot of money for this system the first year are air the lines kept freezing they cam out twice said when they put in and put hole in are wall saying it needed out.then other guy that came out said ya it needs that out but they didn't hook it up so he put onther hole in the bathroom wall to finish what the owner should of done oh the owner and his brother are the ones who put the system in.but any ways they did it twice that the next summer same issue first time put front in last an hour took three weeks for them to come back out put more fron it last an hour we called text the rest on the summer finally there father who originally owned the business under diamond heating and air came out and said we needed a new system this one isn't it any good by this time we had water leaking not alot but in our laundry room.this year we can't even
