I've never had any problems. The food is good, the prices are awesome and the service comes with a smile. The grilled chicken is amazing, beating every other place in the area that serves grilled chicken. It taste like someone is in the parking lot grilling chicken. I do wish they were open 24 hours, at least on the weekends.
The ability of the cooks vary by location and sometimes by shift at specific locations. Never recieved cold food and the waitresses ate typically very willing to correct your order. Overall I have been pleased with the chain and will continue having meals there. Only wish more locations were open 24 hours.
