Horrible communication skills! They sent me to a company for first day orientation. Without a drug screen or background check. Which I thought was odd but dismissed it. Half way thru my orientation I get a call from them saying I'm not in there system. And I told them I filled out everything they gave me. I was confused then went to there office to see what was going on. I gave them all my personal information 4 times, filled out paperwork 4 times, then they told me I still wasn't in the system, and demanded I give them my personal information and fill out more of the same paperwork I had already filled out. Told me if I didn't give them the information that they asked for I wouldnt get paid. They went as far as calling my husband telling him he needed to tell me to call manpower back! Ended having to block them. Horrible

Manpower or flint! Really holds the reputation of flint. Very RUDE, VERY INCONSIDERATE! They have told me they don’t have any factories available within the last month. I called again to see once more. The lady in the front office said it’s Monday your gonna have to call back! We got stuff to do it’s Monday! If your business opens at 8:30 am that is when your store should be open . It’s not about a job at all. It’s about the complete disrespectful way they talked to me. Like I was absolutely nothing and they looked down on me ! LOWEST PAYING TEMP, not worth the time pursuing! Very disrespectful! When I asked for the higher management’s number they told me there wasn’t one. ! I simply told the lady to close out my job board with them. She refused ! Will be looking to speak with higher management or a store owner. When someone is looking for work and you are a job board! They shouldn’t have to wait for you to have your 8am coffee just to show them some respect and treat and talk to them like they are a person! Thanks! Is I could give it 0 stars I would!

Worst place to work. They are extremely unprofessional. Some people get an orientation a few days after hire some people get an orientation a month after they were "hired". They are nice at first but if you have any trouble they are extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anybody
