Do they do walk in for work permits for teenager's the physical part of it? Who all needs to sign the work permit doctor and the parents does the school need to sign for it? Ty

You can go to Community Care Clinic at 2150 S. Byrne Rd. (Cedar Creek Church). They supply free medical care. Open only on Thursday from 5:30 and takes last patient at 7:30. Under 18 a parent's consent is required.

Unfortunately, they have NO any clinics for doing physicals or dental. The Health Department permanently closed/shut them down back in June 2018. Unfortunately, you will have to look look elsewhere. I suggest an Urgent Care or Kroger's Mini Clinics.
