Also it saves time when you do the waiver online before you go. Just go to their website. No need to print. They can bring it up as you check in.
You just show up and pay at the counter for hour-increments of time. They sell special socks with grips on the bottoms for a few bucks each, i think you have to have them or something similar. I'd call before going to check availability as they do have some toddler-only times. As per the cleanliness, is an indoor playground. It's probably a bit germy and a little grungy, but it's a playground. It's not horrible. Just wash up afterwards and don't go if anyone's sick.
Show up, do the waivers, pay admission and have fun! You can do the waivers ahead of time & print them at home.
Just go in a pay an the kids have a lot of fun. Place is pretty dirty tho.
