Why is it so hard to get an order correct, have a clean store, or have any sign of customer service? We stopped the sauces were missing, we did not get our biscuits or cookies, 1 order of fries and 1 potatoes. Staff hiding when we needed help

We have also had numerous problems with getting orders straight. I like the food, but it just isn't worth it anymore to drive all the way across town for poor service.

I've had similar problems at the Howell location. They didn't know a thigh from a breast. They put the chicken back on the tray to serve to customers after i carried it outside to eat and brought it back in. Sick.. luckily I'm a very clean person and i didn't touch it.
