No. And other Than the short loop hike, the trails are very Rocky. Much better places for an easy walk to view.
No, there's nothing to see without hiking. Some of the trails are really smooth and layered with wood chips. I don't know what all of them look like though.
Have you considered Peace Valley Park? That could be a nice place to drive to.
