I did not come across a spot that would be good. Too many trees to get a good view.

The lookout at end of "white trail" faces North....it's a great view especially now but if you are looking for sunrise or sunset it's not applicable

Yes. But I don't remember which trail it is. There is a park bench at the end of the trail.
