I have a few questions. Frist question: Are the items free or based on ones income? Second question: Is there anyway an employee comes out to a customers home n do an assessment? Thirdly: Does the facility delivery oris it a pick up basis only?

It's not based on income or free it's like a goodwill, they get donated furniture etc and they resale for a lower price, they do not deliver you have to pick up yourself they give you 3 days if you can take it right then and there... I hope that helped

THEY help u fix your HOUSE like your ROOF. BUT you have to fill out app they HAVE THEM in store

It's a store, they sell donated household items. If you're donating something they'll pick it up.
