You pre-load a card at the check-in counter. You grab a glass from an open shelf, put your preload card in a slot and pull on the tap. It's pretty straightforward.
Also must have a credit card to start. Therefore if you seem too drunk they will turn your preloaded card off and then your done. So no you can't go in there and go crazy
The below answers are accurate. Another cool thing to note about the system is you only pay for what you pour. If you pour 4oz you pay for f 4oz only. If you fill your glass, you pay the 12oz price. It tracks your last pour quantity as well as what beer you last went for. Its an awesome system
You get a pre loaded card. The card allows you to get 3 taps before you must reload your card, but this is simply to be sure that you are not drunk and responsibly consuming your alcohol. It's a great concept actually.
