Good Evening you can always call lanta bus and file a complaint I did this once with a driver who refuse to take my Medicare card because it looked different from what she was used to seeing and she made a remark that the card could actually have been bought at a bodega. I called got an apology from her supervisor and her and they transferred her to another bus route.
in my time commuting on the Lanta bus system I found out that the disgruntled employees because of the lack of pay .but there are a few that are very nice considerate and regular human beings.You have to take the good with the bad so ignore the bad and cherish the good.
