Good Evening you can always call lanta bus and file a complaint I did this once with a driver who refuse to take my Medicare card because it looked different from what she was used to seeing and she made a remark that the card could actually have been bought at a bodega. I called got an apology from her supervisor and her and they transferred her to another bus route.

The 210 bus is the only one it lets you off one block away. You walk down to the facility Inorder to get to the office you have to walk to your left along the building, walk through the gate then back along the building to the office. No other bus from ATC goes near the facility.
