They are very skilled and understand allergies, just tell them and be very specific and they will get it right. Both in the prep, and they will cook your food first just to be safe. *As always, there are allergens in the air due to how they prepare the food, so always bring Benadryl and or an Epi pen just to be extra safe.
Honestly, if you have specific allergies then I would imagine you always carry the pen. There are a lot of fumes in the air and residual from previous cooking
The cooks will do their best to make your food safe :)
Some of their recipes are nut-based. I have had friends go with me who have nut allergies and they were fine even off the tepenyaki grille.
