Depends on whats floating....if its an unfiltered wine, could be skins
Hi Carol, it is OK to drink. That vintage had some problems with what they call "cold stabilization"..it created some sediment problems, but none of that affected flavor. The new vintage went through a more rigorous process, and we haven't seen any sediment problems yet. Ask for Tom the Wine Club Manager next time you are in or order, and I'll take very good care of you. Best, Tom
