My first time at a winery for my 31st birthday. The greeter a woman with short hair and tattoos was at the front Desk said my reservations weren’t official because “I didn’t give them an exact count” which was a lie because I had a confirmation. After we were seated I heard Kim who was very sweet ask the same lady “are you going to help this table” I heard the greeter say “oh god no” it was truly such an ugly experience and we felt singled out. I will never come back here ever again. Also all of our pizzas were burnt but they told us they had a top of the line oven from “Italy” they mixed up our pizzas and didn’t bring the last one till we were already leaving.
