Hire someone to answer the phone! No matter what time of day or night you call no one answers the phone! I am my son's legal guardian and I have yet to speak to the doctor about his care. Very frustrating!

Wow called several times I get the run around trying to find out information about a beloved person yet get voice mail from the help desk plus sleeping on a lazy chair if you will . They don't know but about to learn today about to expose this place if it kills me CBi TRANSITION PONIT LIKE BEING IN JAIL .I would not give any star yet have to post this

Yes if you are in trouble like wanting to hurt yourself they will send someone to your location, or you can go there they have an access door there too. They have 2 locations one on 99th Ave & Van Buren go north after the Burger King there and the other is on 28th st. & Van Buren north west corner
We provide services for people that get out of prison. Absolutely. Placement, etc.
CBI is unsanitary plus lack of food nutrition staff are very strict with the homeless and disabled people need to start contacting A.C.L.U. lawyers. Complain or Sue CBI
Good question. They claim to help people get placement, but they push you towards halfway houses even if you don't have substance abuse issues. I wonder if they get some sort of kickback for that. They will ignore helping you find some place safe to go otherwise. At least that was my experience. They could have cared less if the only other option was to the streets.
No TP2 is not detox it's a 3 to 5 day residential unit. This CBI in avondale is mainly for psych. The CBIs that have detox are the one is downtown phx( ccarc) and the one in mesa(evarc).
You're best bet is to go back to the facility you left your property at. They're open 24/7/365.
