I heard you can get "used" paint here inexpensively that others didn't use all of? Is this accurate?

Yes you can pick up paint I do believe it is free

Hi Samantha! Yes, we have a reuse shed that has paint in it that is free for all customers 18 and older - you just need to sign a waiver. Go to the scalehouse, let them know you want to take a look and they will direct you where to go. As the months get warmer, the more paint you will see in the shed!
